Welcome to Studio Antwerp

While traveling my expectations meet reality. That gives me new perspectives on things and my thoughts start searching a shape.
In Antwerp I noticed the positive visibility of homosexuals and transgender. There is no preferred neighborhood where gays live. The scene is spread over the entire city and regularly major events are taking place.
Sexual orientation is a human right. Nevertheless, homosexuals and transgender generally are still confronted with discrimination or harassment. Many people experience the visibility as annoyance or threat.
I am very pleased about my artistic collaboration with the Belgian umbrella organization for homosexuals and transgender, CAVARIA/Het Roze Huis. This is giving me the opportunity to show my first works to you during the ANTWERP QUEER ARTS FESTIVAL 2016.
The Vernissage will take place on August, 8 @Fabriek Noord from 7pm to 11pm. I would be delighted, if you would mark this evening. More information about the exhibition will be shortly available on my webpage as well as on Facebook and LinkedIn.
