Cornelia Stahl

Art, photography and coaching are the main pillars characterizing Cornelia Stahl’s life. As a former assistant to the internationally acclaimed Photojournalist Jürgen Schmitt, she studied his methods and applied them to her own photo stories, leading her to co-found a photo-agency and a collaboration with The Image Bank New York.

Her training as a Designer in Crafts at the Academy for Design in Munich was a time of experimentation and exploration, mainly motivated and driven by topics which form her entire work. An internship in applied art mediation at the Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern provided insight into museum educational work through self-developed workshops and interactive guided tours for children, adolescents and people with disabilities.
